FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to production and stabilization of disperse materials. Method of conditioning micronized crystalline material includes steps of: aerosolizing micronised crystalline particles in a carrier gas; continuous mixing of micronized crystalline particles with a conditioning gas comprising a carrier gas and solvent vapor in a chamber; maintaining aerolized micronized crystalline particles in contact with the conditioning gas for a time sufficient for annealing; and separation of micronized crystalline particles from conditioning gas. Micronized crystalline particles contain one or both of amorphous material and residual solvent, and annealing results in one or both of reducing the presence of amorphous material or reducing the amount of residual solvent. Also disclosed are a conditioned micronized crystalline material and a system for in-process conditioning of micronized crystalline material.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher level of physical and chemical stability of crystalline materials.
