SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for preparing drug preparations in capsules with controlled and sequential release. Method for producing a peptide agent with controlled and sequential release includes production of a range of microspheres of cell extracts in the form of a set of oligo-, polypeptides in a mixture with a controlled release agent with different concentration of D6 – 10-6 g/l, D4 – 10-4 g/l, D2 – 10-2 g/l, microsphere coating with film shell, providing film solubility with different speed: D6 – 10–30 minutes; D4 – 2–4 hours; D2 – 5–7 hours, and combination of film-coated microspheres into a single matrix structure.
EFFECT: disclosed is a method for preparing a peptide drug preparation with controlled and sequential release.
