SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to machining of materials and can be used in processing with high feed rate. Double-sided cutting plate comprises two main surfaces that connect two short side surfaces, two long side surfaces connecting two main surfaces and two short side surfaces, width of which is larger than width of short side surfaces, and fastening hole. Plate comprises short cutting edge at boundary between each of main surfaces and each of short side surfaces, long cutting edge on boundary between each of main surfaces and each of long side surfaces and angular cutting edge connecting short and long cutting edges. Short cutting edge has curved shape convex outward when seen from side of main and short side surfaces.

EFFECT: increased strength of edges, reduced load at cutting.
