SUBSTANCE: cutting plate has end surface with edge part and first surface and second surface used as surface of attachment to cutting tool body, cutting edge part made on end surface edge part. Note here that intermediate surface is formed perpendicular to first axis extending through first surface and second surface. Note here that part of cutting edge comprises angular edge made at end surface angle, and main cutting edge extending from one end of angular edge to make distance between main cutting edge and said main surface longer than that between first surface and intermediate surface, and auxiliary cutting edge extending from other end of angular edge to extend to make distance between auxiliary cutting edge and intermediate shorter than that between first surface and intermediate surface.
