SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry. Described is a group of inventions involving artificial miRNA for inhibiting expression of a target gene, a composition and a pharmaceutical composition for inhibiting expression of a target gene, containing an effective amount of said artificial miRNA, method for inhibiting expression of a target gene, involving use of artificial miRNA, a method of treating a disease, comprising a stage of introducing artificial miRNA, using artificial miRNA in treating the disease, where the disease is a malignant tumour, pulmonary fibrosis or hepatic fibrosis.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of products for inhibiting expression of a target gene.
