SUBSTANCE: nucleic acid encoding a therapeutic protein or antibody, a histone "stem-loop" structure, and a poly (A) or polyadenylation signal, a kit and a pharmaceutical composition containing one or more of the said nucleic acid for use in gene therapy, and also a method for increasing the expression of the encoded protein and the use of the said nucleic acid, the kit or composition to enhance the expression of the encoded protein are provided. The structure of the proposed nucleic acid consists in the combination of the elements of the poly (A) sequence or the polyadenylation signal in conjunction with the histone "stem-loop" structure. The presented group of inventions is applicable in medicine in gene therapy.

EFFECT: increasing the protein expression is much higher than the level observed when using these elements separately.
