SUBSTANCE: single-stranded antigen oligonucleotide complementary to the antisense strand of the DNA of the target gene, containing 12-24 nucleotides is described, wherein said oligonucleotide is characterized by a sequence comprising at least three groups of at least two consecutive guanines. Use of these oligonucleotides, possibly chemically modified, for the treatment of diseases is also described.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to inhibit the expression of genes, which can be used to treat a tumour in a subject.
