SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to versions of a steering wheel assembly and a vehicle comprising such a unit. Steering wheel assembly comprises reinforcement with hub, rim and at least two spokes extending between said hub and rim. Damper connects at least two spokes and hub and prevents contact between spokes and hub. At least two spokes and hub may include mutually alternating projections, which damper prevents from contact with each other. Damper essentially fills gap between mutually alternating projections and surrounds mutually alternating projections. In one embodiment, the damper is annular, and mutually alternating projections extend radially and include a base and a distal end having a length greater than the length of the base.
EFFECT: reduced vibration transmitted to steering wheel.
