FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling production in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, to straightening of sheets from ferrous and non-ferrous metals on roll straight machines by alternating bending. Perform alternating bending sheet at creation of common unidirectional curvature during rolling. Common unidirectional curvature is created at total effect on the plate of rollers of different radius and rollers of the same radius located on lower crossbar installed on upper crossbar. For this purpose, initially, the number of deviations from flatness and their length are determined on the straightening sheets, taking into account the specifications. Values of leaf curvature, number of top rollers and their radii are determined. Above rollers are installed one after another on mutually parallel axes as radii decrease and their centres shift vertically downwards by a value equal to difference of radii of adjacent rollers. Then, rolled sheet is straightened in one pass. Number of rollers is set by the number of deviations from flatness of the sheet surface along its length.
EFFECT: upgraded quality of rolled products flattening.
