SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Method of treating a tissue disorder, which comprises the following steps: providing a photosensitiser in tissue, irradiating tissue containing the photosensitiser, first light radiation with a first wavelength, and irradiating the tissue containing the photosensitiser with the second light radiation at a second wavelength so as to treat the tissue disease, wherein the photosensitiser absorbs light at the first wavelength and/or the second wavelength, and the second light radiation is more strongly absorbed by the tissue than the first light radiation or the first light radiation is more strongly absorbed by the tissue than the second light radiation, so as to achieve a given density gradient of the absorbed photons. Device implementing the method includes sources of the first light radiation and the second light radiation, a power supply, a focusing device, and a controller which adjusts propagation of light emission such that I (d) = I (d)λ1 at d = 0)×exp (μeff1)×d) + I (λ2 at d = 0)×exp (μeff2)×d).

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of treating a tissue disorder.
