FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopaedics, and can be used for plasty of defects of metadiaphyseal shin bone formed after removal of endostatically located tumour-like new growths and diseases. Segment of the fibula of the fibular bone is placed subperiosteal, which is laid in the bone cavity of the tibia, formed after removal of the pathological focus in the metadialysis chamber, previously cleaned from the changed tissues to the healthy bone and treated with antiseptic solutions. Length of the autograft from the fibular bone should be greater than the longitudinal size of the filled defect of the tubular bone. When taking the autograft, a "bridge" of bone tissue is left along the medial surface of the fibular bone with a thickness of not less than 2.0 mm. Excess length of the taken autograft is dissected into five bone grafts. Autograft from the fibular bone is laid along the bone defect, tightly resting one end in the spongy bone of the metaphysis. At its other end, saw cut is made and one of wedge-shaped autograft is inserted into it. Between the autograft and the inner edges of the defect, the remaining wedge-shaped autografts are tightly embedded on the side surfaces.

EFFECT: method provides a stable position of the graft in the formed cavity and reduces intraoperative injuries by introducing wedge-shaped autografts.
