SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for plasty of tubular bone defect. Formed grafts of periosteum are laid on plate-cover and donor section of bone.
EFFECT: method enables reducing intraoperative injuries, improving transplant fixation.
