Method for quantitative gas-chromatographic analysis of tert-butylbenzene vapors in contaminated air, according to which samples of air contaminated with vapors of tert-butylbenzene taken on absorbing solution in an absorbent device with a glass porous plate are analyzed on a gas chromatograph with a flame ionisation detector on a gas chromatograph, the method is characterized by that ethyl alcohol is used as an absorption solution.
EFFECT: simplified sample preparation and sampling.
