FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer industry and can be used for protection against corrosion and mechanical damage of pipelines. Coating contains component A to be mixed before consumption, including polyurethane mixture, and component B, which is a polyisocyanate based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate with equivalent weight of 131–135, in volume ratio of 3:1, respectively. Component A is a suspension containing the ingredients in the following ratio, wt%: hydroxyl-containing branched polyatomic alcohol with ether and ester groups with equivalent weight of 230–250 (10–50), branched polypropylene-based poly alcohol containing simple and ester groups with equivalent weight of 340–1,000 – not less than 20, barite (10–25), plastorite (5–15), titanium dioxide (8–12), molecular sieve 3A (5–10), inorganic pigments of not more than 4, substituted aromatic diamine with equivalent NH 90 (80–100) (0.6–1.2), solution of alkylammonium salt of acid copolymer containing hydroxyl groups (0.25–1.0), hydroxyl-containing microfibres (0.2–1.0), 1,4-diazobicyclooctane (0.5–0.9).
