FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroerosion machining of a pair of coaxially arranged toothed rims of long t heat-strengthened roller. Method includes formation of toothed rims electrode tool. Electrode tool is used, which comprises cylindrical base hole, at least one shaped roughing working surface, having teeth and made with due allowance for electric-spark gap, and at least one shaped working surface for finishing, having teeth and made with allowance for electric-spark gap. Roller is installed on table in electroerosion machine prism. Each roller toothed rim is alternately formed by positioning electrode tool relative to machined surface by means of its cylindrical base hole, roughing by passes by means of at least one shaped working surface for rough machining of electrode tool and by finishing passes by means of at least one shaped work surface for finishing of electrode tool.
