FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing diastereomerically pure functionally substituted oligomers of propene of general formula (1, 2):
n=3-1, X=AlEt2 (1), X=OH (2) by reacting propene with an alkylating agent in the presence of a catalyst and methylalumoxane followed by oxidation and hydrolysis, characterized in that the alkylating agent used is AlEt3, as catalyst – rac-[Me2Si(η5-C9H10)2]ZrCl2, reaction is carried out in molar ratio [Zr]:[AlEt3]:[AlMAO]=1:200:(40–50), temperature 20 °C and propene pressure of 1 atm for 24 hours in dichloromethane, formed product 1 by subsequent oxidation with dry O2 for 2 hours and hydrolysis with 10 % HCl solution is converted into product 2.
EFFECT: design of a single-reactor method of producing diastereomerically pure functionally substituted oligomers of propene of general formula (1, 2).
