SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of the formula (II) where Z means O; ring A means unsubstituted ortho-condensed phenyl or it can be substituted at one or some ring carbon atoms with radical R4 where R4 is taken independently among the group including halogen atom, NO2; R1 means -(CH2)nL where n = 0; L means M and M means phenyl or its benzo-derivative and can be both unsubstituted and substituted with 1 or 2 groups taken among O-C1-C4-alkyl, OH, halogen atom, NO2, C1-C3-perfluoroalkyl, tetrazolyl, (C1-C4)-alkyl, CO2R′,CON′R″,-SOmR′,-OCF3; m = 0-2; or M means pyridyl substituted with O-(C1-C4)-alkyl; R′ and R″ are taken independently among H, (C1-C4)-alkyl. Invention relates to its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and tautomers also. Invention describes also compounds of formulas (XIX) and (XX) used as intermediate compounds for synthesis of compounds of the formula (II). Substituents in compounds XIX and XX have the above indicated values. Invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions and methods of use of compounds of the formula (II) in treatment or prophylaxis of some diseases or states. Compounds of the formula (II) are useful for treatment and/or prophylaxis of neurological diseases associated with exciting amino acids.
