FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of rolling. Device (10) comprises rotary head (14) made with possibility of rotation about axis (R) of rotation inclined at angle (γ) relative to perpendicular to surface (20) of workpiece (12). Besides, this device contains multiple jet nozzles (16) located on rotary head (14), and from jet nozzles (16) to workpiece (12) at angle (α) with inclination relative to surface (20) of workpiece (12) liquid (18), in particular, water can be discharged. Jet nozzles (16) are rigidly fixed on rotary head (14) so that during rotation of rotary head (14) around its axis (R) of rotation direction (S) of spraying liquid (18) discharged from jet nozzles (16) with respect to projection on plane parallel to surface (20) of workpiece (12) is directed oppositely, i.e. at an angle (β) of spraying equal to approximately 180°, relative to workpiece (12) movement direction (X).
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of improving processing conditions and reducing energy and water consumption.
