SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to generation of patient's medical history for current analysis. Disclosed is a system for realizing the method, the system comprising a database of clinical information containing one or more clinical documents, each of which includes a list of personalized information elements; a clinical information search machine for requesting clinical information in a database of clinical data, wherein the clinical data include one or more information elements; an interface for constructing a medical history for displaying clinical data to a user and a description constructing apparatus configured to associate information elements in clinical data selected in a patient history creation interface, and creating a presentation in the form of text in free form, wherein said presentation in the form of text in free form is inserted into the patient's clinical history clinical report. System further comprises a relevancy detection machine which is configured to detect dated information and current clinical diagnostic information from the information elements for inclusion in the patient's medical history section and which contains: a memory device for storing attributes of previous clinical documents; a processor for extracting information from a current clinical report and a relevancy checking processor configured to extract the most recent previous clinical document for comparing the most recent previous clinical document with the current clinical report, wherein if the attributes do not match, compared to other clinical documents, wherein the patient's medical history is supplemented with information available during the period of time between the most recent previous and current study, wherein the most recent previous clinical document is formed from information elements from studies that are relevant and not relevant to the current study and associated with one or more common pathological conditions.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher effectiveness of patient's medical history generation.
