SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to prediction of the base for the next patient's examination. Disclosed is a system for realizing a method, the method comprising: storing one or more clinical documents containing clinical data; processing clinical documents to detected clinical data; performing semantic normalization of clinical data relative to internal data structure and/or ontology; generating, on the basis of obtained normalized clinical mapping data, a mapping corresponding to a set of known bases for analysis; and generating a base prediction for the next patient examination.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher efficiency and reduced frequency of subsequent radiation studies by predicting the base for the next study.
