FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of providing stability of operation of laser ranging facilities under conditions of action of optical interferences with fixed time delay and can be used in engineering, where different radiators are used. In method of laser ranging facilities protection from optical interferences with fixed time delay, scanning space with sequence of laser radiation pulses in cyclic mode, receiving reflected signals and performing range finding. At that, each radiation pulse in the cycle is assigned an individual feature, according to which reflected pulses are identified, and when two reflected pulses with the same feature are detected, a pulse with a larger amplitude is selected.
EFFECT: laser ranging facilities protection from optical interferences with fixed time delay.
