FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology and medicine and discloses a kit of reagents for evaluating fibrin clot growth and destruction. Reagent kit is characterized by that it includes a buffer salt and calcium acetate salt, wherein it contains a coagulation activation inhibitor of the coagulation system and plasminogen activator, where said contact activation inhibitor and calcium acetate salt in a mixture with a plasminogen activator are in form of a lyophilizate with an additive, and as a plasminogen activator a recombinant urokinase plasminogen activator is selected. A kit for assessing growth and destruction of a fibrin clot can be used for diagnosing neuropathies by a blood plasma sample.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase accuracy of dosing quantity of reagents, increase their storage life, set is easy to use during dough production.
