FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to a method for producing capsules based on bacterial cellulose hydrogels, including obtaining a gel film of bacterial cellulose by cultivating the bacterium Komagataeibacter sucrofermentans RNCIM B-11267 under static conditions in a medium with molasses, obtaining a composite by mixing bacterial cellulose hydrogel and alginate in a ratio of 4:1 or by mixing bacterial cellulose hydrogel, alginate and gelatin in a ratio of 2:1:3 with a suspension of probiotic bacteria containing at least 109-1010 colony-forming units, then the hydrogel is treated with ultrasonic vibrations at a frequency of 20 kHz and the power of ultrasonic vibrations of 500 W for 3 minutes, to obtain capsules, the resulting hydrogel is added to a 5% solution of calcium chloride and incubated for 30 minutes.
EFFECT: present invention provides an expansion of the range of capsules, and the resulting capsules contain components of both polysaccharide and protein nature, which helps to deliver drugs to the desired section of the gastrointestinal tract, retain and release drugs at a certain rate.
