SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information processing systems. Computer method of filling contact records includes, identification, by one or more computers system, contact record of electronic database of user contact records, determining that at least one of the contact recording properties is an unassociated property that is not associated in the contact record with one or more pieces of information, analyzing the text of the document and modifying, by the system, a contact record for associating the supplemental information with the non-associated property in the contact record, receiving the request, determining that the contact record is responding to the request based on the request matching with the supplemental information associated with the contact entry, and providing information from the contact record for presentation on the given client computing device in response to the request.
EFFECT: wider range of tools for the same purpose.
