FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: suture ends traced transversely intrascapus are tied. Suture is firmly pulled through to lateral tendon surface. Needle eye is threaded with biplicate suture which is pulled through tendon downright following intrascapus transverse stitching. Suture knot is tightened to form upper and lower loops. Upper loop is threaded to the lower. Knot is cut off. Needle eye is threaded with both ends of suture. After stick is made, suture ends are pulled through with intrascapus transverse stitch with prick out through the centre of tendon cross-section. Suture is pulled through the other tendon end similarly. Stitches are fastened intrascapus.
EFFECT: higher stitch durability, improved alimentation of sutured tendon ends.
