FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. Both ends of thread are passed through each end of injured tendon in frontal plane in transverse direction with indent from injury place in its vessel-free zone by means of loop needle "Volot", support site is created on the surface of tendon ends by passing both ends of thread through loop by means of needle, thread ends are cut off from needle, threads are separately passed inside trunk above loop support part in direction of injured tendon ends by puncture-in, ends are brought on the surface of tendon cut on the boundaries of external and middle third of tendon diameter and threads are tied up with surgical suture.
EFFECT: increased strength of suture, performing active-passive movements at earlier terms in full volume and elimination of possibility of scar and contracture formation.
