FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to control systems of multiple centrifugal pumps with controlled speed and can be used at pump stations of a water supply network. Control system (5) comprises control module (7), processing module (9), communication interface (11) and data storage module (13). Control module (7) is made with possibility of gradual increase of k pumps operation speed in addition to subset of j from i pumps of system, containing N pumps and operating at speed ωj, providing total head pressure Δp, where N≥2, 1≤k<N and 1≤i <N. Control module (7) is made with possibility the gradual reduction in the speed of i pumps of j subset from speed ωj to lower speed ωm, required for subset of m of i+k pumps to provide total head Δp. Module (7) is also made with possibility of gradual reduction of operation speed k of pumps of subset j of i pumps of system containing N pumps and operating at speed ωj, providing total head pressure Δp, where N≥2, 1≤k<i and 1<i≤N. At that, module (7) is made with possibility of gradual increase of i-k pumps speed of residual subset r from speed ωj to higher speed ωr, required to ensure that residual subset r of pumps i-k provided total head pressure Δp.
EFFECT: inventions are aimed at reduction of consumed power by provision of smooth switching on and off of system pumps.
