FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to processing of oily wastes. The method of oily waste processing envisages heating, homogenization and further separation in desanding and desilting cyclone units. Then wastes are centrifuged and divided into oil-water emulsion and mechanical impurities (solid fraction), oil-water emulsion is broken at temperature of 60-70°C by deemulsifiers, settled in a gravity dynamic separator, where separation into oil and water (process water) components takes place. Thereafter oil fraction is used as a commercial product while process water is delivered either to reuse at processing of oily wastes or to formation pressure maintenance system. Upon separation in the centrifuge mechanical impurities are treated by surfactants, dried at vibratory sieves and sold as a commercial product.
EFFECT: invention allows reducing energy costs for processing of oily wastes, reducing environmental loads and improving quality of produced products.
