SUBSTANCE: invention relates to support (1) for a packed string. Support comprises support profile (3) having neck (4), which passes in vertical direction (Z) and has first lower end (5) and second upper end (6) and in which, in particular, length along vertical is more than horizontal extent, foot (11) having first width (12) and attached to first end (5) of neck (4), and head (13) attached to second end (6) of neck (4). Head (13) has top side (14) with second width (15) and lower side (17) with third width (16). Second width (15) of upper side (14) of head (13) is less than third width (16) of lower side (17) of head (13). In particular, second width (15) of upper side (14) of head (13) is less than first width (12) of foot (11).

EFFECT: technical result is possibility of obtaining support with reduced height and with less overlapping, higher efficiency of column.
