SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostics, namely to a method for differential diagnosis of inflammatory intestinal diseases (IID) in children. Method for differential diagnosis of inflammatory intestinal diseases in children, involves determining the level of anti-GP2 IgA-antibodies and the level of secretory sIgA-antibodies in the co-extract of the patient examined by immunoassay, comparing the obtained GP2 IgA/sIgA ratio with the threshold criterion of 0.784, and the GP2 IgA/sIgA ratio below 0.784 in the patient being diagnosed with an inflammatory bowel disease, and if the calculated GP2 IgA/sIgA ratio is greater than 0.784, the diagnosed inflammatory bowel disease is excluded.
EFFECT: above-described non-invasive method enables facilitating and accelerating the diagnosis process IID and exclude other diagnoses of intestinal diseases in children.
