SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for differential diagnosis of inflammatory intestinal canal diseases. Differential diagnosis is carried out between Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis and undifferentiated colitis. Clinical, laboratory and instrumental examination of the patient is carried out. Depending on the presence or absence of criteria, a score is assigned. The criteria scores for each disease are summed up. The total scores are compared with the following reference values, which are 6.59 for Crohn’s disease, 5.53 for ulcerative colitis and 2.62 for nonspecific colitis. The percentage of the total values obtained relative to the reference digits is calculated. At the maximum percentage value, the patient is diagnosed with this disease.

EFFECT: method provides differential diagnosis of inflammatory intestinal canal diseases by evaluating a set of clinical and anamnestic, laboratory and instrumental criteria.
