SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to gastroenterology, and can be used for diagnosing musculoskeletal manifestations of inflammatory bowel diseases. The presence of immunological markers is determined in the blood: ASCA IgG, ASCA IgA, pANCA, cANCA, calprotectin, Anti GP-2 IgA, Anti GP-2 IgG. With serum calprotectin values of 6 μg/ml and above, ASCA IgG 11-15 U/ml, ASCA IgA 11-15 U/ml, pANCA 1/180 - 1/360, cANCA 1/180 - 1/360 U/ml, Anti GP-2 IgA 33-65 U/ml, Anti GP-2 IgG 223-480 U/ml diagnose musculoskeletal manifestations of inflammatory bowel diseases.
EFFECT: method provides increased efficiency of early diagnosis of musculoskeletal manifestations of inflammatory bowel diseases due to the determination of immunological markers in the blood.
