FIELD: manufacturing technology; methods of protecting documents.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of valuable counterfeit documents. Disclosed is a method of producing amorphous metal fibers, which uses a Ulitovsky-Taylor apparatus, which includes the following steps: 1) formation of amorphous metal fibers by induction casting on said plant, 2) gluing the obtained fiber into bundles by means of a water-soluble adhesive, and 3) cutting the bundles into pieces of a given length, characterized in that the apparatus in addition is provided with a capacitive sensor included in the negative feedback system, and is configured to vary the winding speed of the cast fiber depending on the measured conductivity of the cast fiber.
EFFECT: ensuring stability of electrotechnical properties of cast fiber.
