METHOD OF HYDROGEN CHLORIDE ADSORPTION FROM REGENERATING OUTLET GAS Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC B01D53/06 B01D53/68 B01J38/00

Abstract RU 2698876 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of adsorbing hydrogen chloride (HCl) from outlet regeneration gas. Method for adsorption of HCl from an outlet regeneration gas includes cooling regeneration gas coming from a regeneration zone, containing a burning zone and a chlorination zone, supply of cooled regeneration gas to the adsorption zone, straight-flow passage of spent catalyst and transporting gas from reaction zone to adsorption apparatus comprising water adsorption pre-heating zone, adsorption zone and conditioning zone, adsorption of HCl from the exhaust gas of regeneration by the spent catalyst in the adsorption zone with enrichment of the spent catalyst of HCl, obtaining the spent catalyst rich in HCl and extraction of HCl from the spent regeneration gas to produce waste gas of regeneration, depleted of HCl, discharge of waste gas of HCl-depleted regeneration from adsorption zone as exhaust gas, direct-flow supply of spent catalyst rich in HCl, and transporting gas from adsorption apparatus to separating bin of regeneration zone and direct flow of HCl-rich spent catalyst and part of transporting gas from separation hopper into regeneration zone, wherein the burning zone is at a higher pressure than the adsorption zone, and the separation bin of the regeneration zone is at a higher pressure than the burning zone.

EFFECT: invention provides efficient and efficient method of adsorption of HCl from regenerating outlet gas.
