FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recycling spent catalyst of dehydrogenation method. Method includes: a. feeding a first feed stream into a first reactor to produce a first effluent stream; b. feeding the first effluent to the second reactor to produce a second effluent; c. feeding a second effluent to a third reactor to produce a third effluent; d. feeding a third effluent to a fourth reactor to produce a product stream; e. feed of spent catalyst from fourth reactor containing sulfur on catalyst to sulfur removal device; f. introduction of water flow into first, second, third and fourth reactors; g. feeding water into a stream of gaseous hydrogen to obtain a stream substantially consisting of hydrogen and water, and feeding said stream into a sulfur removal apparatus at an elevated temperature to obtain a stream of purified spent catalyst; h. feeding the stream of purified spent catalyst into a regenerator in which the stream of the cleaned spent catalyst is in contact with the chlorine-containing gas to obtain a stream of the regenerated catalyst; and i. returning the regenerated catalyst stream to at least one of the reactors through the reduction zone.
EFFECT: disclosed method is aimed at improving control of sulfur content.
