SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automation and telecontrol for controlling train movement. In compliance with this invention, control over train movement at sections and stations is carried out with participation of computer at EC stations and locomotives, as well as with participation of radio stations. Control of reliability of main station computer (computer-Sm) operation is carried out with participation of control station computer (computer-Sc), which also receives information on floor objects from the DSP or DSC and information on the radio channel on the orders generated for locomotives, compares it with results of their operation and, in case of their coincidence, sends a signal to the computer-Sm on the possibility of continuing its operation; execution of orders on locomotive only takes place after receiving two consecutive identical orders; installation of the route is carried out in several steps on a computer-Sm and a computer-Sc, first and second semi-cycles are executed on a computer-Sm, their results are compared, then the semi-cycles are executed on a computer-Sc and their results are compared, then the results of operation of both computers are compared and, in case of their coincidence, a command is formed to continue operation of the main machine.
