FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method, a machine-readable storage device and a computing device for recovering accessibility of a cloud-based service after a failure. Method involves simulating consumer transaction related to operation with consumer; detecting failure related to cloud-based service based on consumer transaction output data; determining a recovery action associated with a failure; performing a recovery action; performing the restoration action monitoring to determine the success status relating to the recovery action; and selecting operation with consumer from set of works with consumer associated with monitoring serviceability of cloud-based service, wherein operation with consumer is selected based on criteria, which include at least one of set, consisting of: frequency of use, historical distribution of use and prescription of use.
EFFECT: technical result consists in restoration of availability of cloud-based service after failure.
