Rectifier contains smooth start device, matching power transformer, diode three-phase rectifying bridge, DC voltage filter, shunting resistor with thyristor switch, PWM-controller on IGBT-transistor module, provides smooth start-up of rectifier (excludes start-up currents of power transformer), high (close to one) coefficient of power consumption in all modes of operation, low distortion of shape of supply circuit voltage, high dynamic characteristics.
EFFECT: invention can be used to supply excitation winding of synchronous electric motor.
