FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of polymer material for tribotechnical purposes and can be used for production of friction bearings and other elements of friction units operated under medium loads and sliding speeds. Polymeric material contains polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and fillers: mechanically activated kaolin, mechanically activated magnesium spinel with ratio of components, wt%: mechanically activated kaolin – 0.8–1.8; mechanically activated magnesium spinel – 0.1–0.5; PTFE – balance.
EFFECT: use of present invention implemented on standard equipment will make it possible to increase wear resistance of composite material at preservation of deformation-strength characteristics.
