FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical machining for deburring or rounding of edges in crossing channels. In compliance with this invention, part made from current-conducting material is connected to positive pole while electrode-tool is arranged nearby machined surface. An insulated electrode-tool with exposed ends is used, the diameter of which is less than the diameter of the channel being treated, and the length is greater than the length of the channel being treated. Moisture-absorbing material is wound on working end of tool electrode, in form of cotton wool, bandage or thread, which is impregnated with electrolyte before start of current supply and by means of which electrolyte is fed into interelectrode space.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of shaping of products due to simplification of technology and reduction of labour intensity of manufacturing of electrode-tool.
