SUBSTANCE: heating device for food preparation with stirring function includes mixing unit (20) made with the possibility of mixing products for food preparation, which include liquid and solid phase and are arranged in the cooking vessel. Mixing unit (20) includes casing (21) installed with possibility of rotation in the centre of lower surface of cooking vessel, and lower blade (31), which passes from outer peripheral surface of casing (21) to inner peripheral surface of cooking vessel and is made with possibility of pushing, at least one of the products for food preparation, which is located next to the lower surface of the cooking vessel, to the inner peripheral surface of the cooking vessel. Mixing assembly (20) further includes an upper blade that extends from outer peripheral surface of jacket (21) to inner peripheral surface of cooking vessel and is configured to forcibly lower at least one of food preparation products, which is located next to the surface of the liquid, to the lower surface of the cooking vessel.
EFFECT: disclosed is heating device for food preparation.
