FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used in production of inner door panel from metal sheet. First section of panel has first upper section and first vertical wall section connected to first upper section, a second panel section having a second upper section located at a distance from the first upper section of the first section of the panel and a second vertical wall section connected to the second upper section, a flanged section connected to the first vertical wall section and the second vertical wall section, as well as a flat sheet section located between the first section of the panel and the second section of the panel. First vertical wall section and the second vertical wall section respectively have a stepped section, and both ends of the flat sheet section are made integral with the flange section or stepped sections. Panel doors are made in several stages by cold or hot pressing. Inner punch is used to form the first upper section and the outer punch to form the stepped section.

EFFECT: higher quality of panel.
