SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a method and a server for generating values of an omnibus evaluation criterion (OEC) intended for use during control/experiment testing. Method includes, for each of control and experimental versions: obtaining sets of data indicating user interaction; determining first sets of values of a first user metric; and determining second sets of user metric values. Method includes selection of linearization value. Method includes, for each of control and experimental versions, determination of linearized sets of values, wherein values in said linearized set are difference between (I) values of first set and (II) values of second set, which are weighted by linearization value; and creating OES values based on linearized sets. Difference between OES values indicates degree and direction of changes in interactions between versions.
EFFECT: invention discloses methods and systems for generating values of an omnibus evaluation criterion.
