FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for contacting fluid medium with solid particles. Device comprises a reservoir, a grate assembly section, which comprises a plurality of horizontal chord beams spaced from each other in a horizontal direction, and plurality of meshed platforms inserted between horizontal chord beams, each horizontal chord beam comprises a structural member having sufficient mechanical strength to withstand fluidised forces acting in the reservoir, and each grate platform is attached to one or more horizontal chord beams by a method which enables to prevent the upward movement of the grate platform, and plurality of brackets attached directly or indirectly to inner surface of reservoir and spaced apart in circumferential direction, to support structural element, wherein each structural element is supported by one or more of a plurality of brackets.
EFFECT: invention provides efficient contact of fluid medium with solid particles, reduced operating and capital costs, as well as possibility of use in a wide range of conditions.
