SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PRODUCING OLEFINS Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC C07C11/06 C10G11/18 C10G3/00 B01D45/16 C07C1/24

Abstract RU 2838600 C1

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing olefins, comprising: bringing a stream of hydrocarbon-containing material into contact with solid particles in a reaction vessel, wherein the solid particles react with the hydrocarbon-containing feed stream to form an olefin-containing product stream, wherein the reaction vessel is connected to a riser, wherein the reaction vessel has a maximum cross-sectional area which is at least 3 times greater than the maximum cross-sectional area of the riser, and wherein the reaction vessel performs the function of a reactor with an intense fluidized, turbulent or fluidised bed, and the riser performs the function of a riser reactor with a diluted phase. Further, passing the solid particles through the riser, wherein the riser passes through the riser opening in the outer shell of the solid particles separation section so that the riser comprises an inner riser segment located in the inner region of the solid particles separation section, and an outer segment of the riser, located outside the outer shell of the section for separating solid particles, wherein the solid particle separation section comprises at least an outer shell defining an inner region of the solid particle separation section, the outer shell comprising a gas outlet port, a riser opening and a solid particle outlet port, and wherein the outer shell comprises a gas/solid particles separation device and a solid particles collection zone in the inner area of the solid particles separation section, and wherein the riser hole is located on the side wall of the outer shell such that it is not located on the central vertical axis of the solid particles separation section; separating solid particles from the olefin-containing product stream in a gas/solid particle separation device and passing solid particles separated from the olefin-containing product stream, into solid particles collection zone located near the central vertical axis of the solid particles separation section.

EFFECT: use of the proposed invention reduces the number of side reactions and increases selectivity with respect to the end product.
