FIELD: chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a unit for desorption treatment of a fluidised catalyst for displacement of trapped gas from catalyst particles. Unit includes a reservoir in which a two-stage cyclone separation section is located, comprising one or more primary cyclone separation devices and one or more secondary cyclones, desorption section comprising inner fittings and one or more gratings destructing bubbles located in catalyst layer above desorption inner tooling, an inlet communicated with a catalytic reactor for feeding a suspension of particles and a fluid into the two-stage cyclone separation section, and an outlet for discharging particles from each secondary cyclone into a desorption section immersed in a catalyst bed which is located above the inner tooling in the desorption treatment section. At that, each device of primary cyclone separation contains internal cylindrical surface for separation of main fraction of particles from suspension and formation of swirling with reduced content of particles.
EFFECT: invention provides efficient desorption treatment of catalyst.
