SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a percutaneous absorption composition. Percutaneous absorption composition comprising testosterone, one or more organic solvents selected from a group consisting of propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, dipropylene glycol and polyethylene glycol, a gelling agent selected from a group of cellulose derivatives and acrylic acid-based polymers, water, wherein the composition does not contain a monohydric alcohol having from 2 to 4 carbon atoms, where components are taken in effective amounts.
EFFECT: proposed composition containing testosterone is effectively distributed due to high affinity to skin and adhesion on skin, stays stable on skin.
