FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to patch for external use, containing rupatadine, in which acrylic adhesive is used as an adhesive base, wherein the specified patch for external use additionally includes 3-20 wt.% of solubilizer, 5-25 wt.% of plasticizer, and 3-10 wt.% of surfactant.
EFFECT: implementation of the invention allows for the creation of patch for external use with improved rupatadine solubility in the patch base, excellent medicinal efficiency and physical properties, namely the implementation of this invention provides suitable adhesive, when applied to the skin, due to corresponding physical properties of patch, as well as good transdermal rupatadine absorption.
