FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to production of alcohol-free beverages for skin improvement. Beverage contains the following content of initial components, kg/1,000 l: hyaluronic acid 0.05–0.50, sweetener 0.01–150.0, flavoring agent 0.1–1.0, preserving agent 0.1–0.5, L-arginine 0.01–0.10, and mineral complex of vegetable origin from sea minerals contained in preparation "Aquamin Soluble" – 74 minerals, including calcium and magnesium, at 0.1–5.00 of preparation "Aquamin Soluble" per 1,000 l of beverage, and water.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of a beverage with additional functional and preventive properties, which have a beneficial effect on metabolism and as a result, promote regenerative processes in skin cells.
