FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynaecology and can be used as a differential presurgical diagnostics of uterus leiomyoma overgrowth type. Therefor peripheral venous blood of a woman suffering from uterus leiomyoma overgrowth is analysed for relative content of CD4+IL-10+ lymphocytes. At it is 5.8% more, actual growth of uterus leiomyoma, while relative content less than 5.8% shows false growth of myoma. Application of the invention ensures to improve accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of presurgical diagnostic technique for uterus leiomyoma overgrowth type in women of childbearing age. Examination of women suffering from uterus leiomyoma overgrowth according to the declared technique provides maintenance of reproductive function of the patients, because allows developing the timely optimal tactics of the case management and making a choice between conservative and operative treatment methods.

EFFECT: possibility for developing optimal tactics of the case management and making a choice between conservative and operative treatment methods.
